Rounds & Commands is designed for physical reaction, agility, and athletic training. Physical exercises involve inherent risk of injury. Before starting any workout, you MUST:

  • Clear a sufficiently large workout area of all trip hazards, sharp objects, and furniture.
  • Ensure the floor surface is non-slippery and clean.
  • Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
  • Secure your mobile device in a safe place where it cannot be easily stepped on or broken during active movement.

BY USING THIS APP, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY PHYSICAL INJURIES, ACCIDENTS, HEALTH COMPLICATIONS, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OCCURRING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY DURING TRAINING.

2. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for your individual, personal, non-commercial fitness training purposes only.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rounds & Commands and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Child use and parental control

By enabling child access, the adult confirms that they are the child’s parent or legal guardian, have selected the child’s age group accurately, and agree to supervise use of the app, sharing features, and purchases.

Microphone and camera permissions are not required for core training. They may be denied or withdrawn in device settings. Parental consent may be withdrawn in the app, after which the age group can be selected again.
